The Kenya Data Protection Act lets you see, correct, move or delete the personal data we hold about you. Pick what you want, and the form writes the email for you.

What happens next

    We check it is you

    We contact you on the phone number on your account. Nothing changes until you confirm.

    We reply within 30 days

    We do what you asked, or we tell you why we cannot. The request is free.

    We keep what the law requires

    Kenyan law requires us to keep KYC documents, loan records and M-Pesa data for 7 years. See the retention rules.

Not happy with our reply? You can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
